  • Locate and delete file prefs.js (or rename it, for example, in prefs.jsOLD, to keep the old file as a backup) If you have more than one, a prefs.js.moztmp file or user If the .js file is found, then delete them (or rename).
  • You can close the profile folder and open Firefox.
